Welllll, My Husband Is Nothing If Not Inventive!

My husband had to leave the canoe repair site for a while yesterday to go to the hardware store for something and as he drove into their parking lot, a good 20 minute drive from the repair site, he realized he had left his mask sitting by the canoe.  Hmmm....to drive another 20 minutes  back to retrieve a mask and then make another 20 minute drive back to the hardware store seemed like quite a time waster, so he decided to get creative.  He found an old sport sock in his little canvas "bag of tricks" that he carries in the trunk of the car.  He tried stretching it across his nose and mouth and it was certainly long enough to make a mask out of it.  So he pulled a shoelace out of his workboot and make his own makeshift mask before entering the hardware store.  hahahahahahahaha
